             Reservations for Network Working Group Meeting

        Guaranteed arrival reservations for rooms at the Hotel

   Sonesta in Cambridge, Massachusetts have been made for NWGM

   attendees who have made reservations through Project MAC.

   The cost of a single room will be $23.00 per night.

        If for any reason a reservation must be cancelled, the

   hotel must be notified of cancellation before 6 P.M. the day

   of the reservation.

        To cancel a reservation on October 9th, 10th, or 11th,

   call the hotel directly.  At other times, cancellations can be

   handled by Carol Falls at 864-6900 ext. 1450.

§1Hotel Reservations

Project MAC has arranged guaranteed arrival reservations at the Hotel Sonesta in Cambridge, Massachusetts for people attending the Network Working Group meeting. The cost is $23.00 per night for a single room.

You can stay at the Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge for $23 a night.

§2Booking and Cancellation

Reservations were made through Project MAC for those who requested them. If a reservation needs to be cancelled, the hotel must be notified before 6 P.M. on the day of the reservation.

For dates October 9th, 10th, or 11th, cancel directly with the hotel. For other dates, contact Carol Falls at MIT Project MAC, extension 1450.

If you need to cancel, call by 6 P.M. that day, either the hotel directly or Carol Falls at Project MAC.

§3Summary

The Hotel Sonesta provides lodging for Network Working Group meeting attendees in Cambridge. Early cancellations should go through Project MAC to ensure proper handling.
